CNS Self Service Support:

DORMnet Support
The only support service extended by CNS to DORMnet users personal computers is fixing network connectivity problems.
This DORMnet support service is available at CNS Helpdesk in Vandyck Hall Basement floor at it is delivered for a fixed fee of 15,000L.L. per 30 minutes. You will need to set an appointment first by e-mailing the Dormnet Support Desk at dormnet.support@aub.edu.lb.
Note: The Dormnet user, like any other AUBnet user, can ask for CNS support for issues related to his AUBnet account issues or his network Drive or Profile (service available in AUB public computer labs only). The support services are available at all public labs, faculty/department support services, or at CNS helpdesk (cns.helpdesk@aub.edu.lb)
