What's my monthly assigned web quota?
All AUB interns and residents are automatically assigned a monthly web quota equal to 500 MB.

Can I buy additional web quota?
Yes, you can. You can buy a Computing Slip from the Cashier's Office at LL 15,000 which will credit your quota by 750 MB. This additional quota does not expire and is only used whenever the monthly assigned quota is exceeded.

How can I check my account's status?
To check your web quota balance, go to Internet Usage.

Is there quota free web access?
CNS is offering quota-free internet access for students, interns and residents, faculty, and Staff (management level) from Monday - Friday (8:01 PM to 7:59 AM winter hours, and 5:01 PM - 6:59 AM during summer hours) and all day during weekends and holidays.

Audit Trail:
Under special circumstances and to solve special problems regarding specific usage, CNS will provide a detailed listing of all transactions for a specific account for a billing period.

All AUBnet computing services are protected against unauthorized use through password security methods.
