Managing your AUBnet Account

Below you will find links to creating, forwarding, checking account status and other account related services. 

 First Time AUBnet Account Activation:
  • 1) Activate Account: Start the process of activating your new AUBnet account.
  • 2) Confirm Account: Confirm the activation of your Faculty/Staff AUBnet Account. You need the AUBnet Confirmation Code to be able to complete this step.


  •  Manage Your AUBnet Account:
  • Changing Password: Changing your AUBnet password and what to do in case you forget it.
  • Account Status: Check your account status especially if you are having problems accessing the internet and want to restore proper access.
  • Faculty/Staff Disk Quota: Check your disk space usage and learn how to clean up your directory.


  •  Manage Your AUBnet Printing/Web quota:
  • What is my web quota?
  • What are AUBnet Computing Units?
  • Printing/Web Credits: Credit your AUBnet account printing/web quota.
  • Internet Data Usage: Check your usage statistics.
  • Printing History: View your printing jobs' history. (internal access only)


  •  Manage Your AUBnet Email Account:
  • Auto-reply: Automatic answering message to your correspondants when on vacation or unable to read your mail.
  • E-mail Forwarding: Forwarding your AUB mail to another email address.


  •  Request to sponsor an AUBnet account:
  • Download sponsored AUBnet user account form in pdf format.
