RealPlayer Configuration
To connect to Real Servers on the Internet from within AUB using RealPlayer, do the following:

Select Preferences from the Options menu.

Select the Proxy tab.

Under PNA and RTSP options click on :
Use PNA proxy and type in the value pna.aub.edu.lb, port 1090
Use RTSP proxy and type in the value rtsp.aub.edu.lb, port 553

Under HTTP Options select Manually Configure HTTP Proxy and type in the value proxya.aub.edu.lb, port 3128

Under Exceptions, Do not use proxy for ... type in *.aub.edu.lb

Select the Transport tab.

CLick Use specified transport

Click on RTSP Settings, select Use TCP to Connect to Server and Attempt to use TCP for all content, click OK

Click on PNA Settings, select Use TCP to Connect to Server and Attempt to use TCP for all content, click OK

Select the Connection tab.

Select Normal bandwidth, 56kbps
-
Select Maximum bandwidth, 10Mbps LAN

Select Buffer at least 30 seconds before playing
-
Select OK, close RealPlayer window.
